1. HomeExchange24.com is a Web site owned and operated by RANET Company, Poland. All trademarks appearing on the HomeExchange24.com Site are the property of their respective owners.

2. All content within this site, including each home exchange listing, is exclusively available to HomeExchange24.com members for the express purpose of arranging home exchanges. No part of its contents may be used for commercial solicitations by any other company, organisation or individual.

3. To "JOIN" HomeExchange24.com you will need to provide HomeExchange24.com with your general contact information. The essential information is your email address, which will only be used for other members to contact you and for Home HomeExchange24.com – it will be used for no other purpose.

4. HomeExchange24.com Members must describe their home accurately and may not provide false or misleading information to HomeExchange24.com and its members.

5. Members must leave their home in a clean and sanitary condition for the swapper, and will notify the swapper of any damage caused.

6. Members must treat the swapper’s home and belongings as they would treat their own, with respect.

7. HomeExchange24.com reserves the right to cancel any Membership for any reason, including misuse of the site, any action we feel compromises the security of the site, any action that adversely affects other Members or their property, or any action we feel is detrimental to HomeExchange24.com If any information provided by a member is found to be grossly misrepresented, or should the member's listing(s) or actions be in violation of any law or any provision of this agreement, HomeExchange24.com reserves the right to remove, at its discretion, the members' listing(s) at any time, and/or to terminate the member's access to the web site, without refund.

8. HomeExchange24.com don't accept any responsibility or liability for the quality, or state of the Exchange Partner's home, nor can HomeExchange24.com accept any liability for any damage, accident or injury which might occur to the Exchanger or any member of his family, or any person accompanying the Exchanger to the Exchange Partner's home.

9. HomeExchange24.com is not responsible for agreeing the terms and conditions of any agreement between the Exchanger and the HomeExchange24.com Partner. Any such agreement is a matter between the Exchanger and the HomeExchange24.com Partner 10 The only responsibility of HomeExchange24.com is to make available listings to its members.
